help me,i apply for family visit visa,but due to incomplete document ECO refuse my visa with an appeal latter after that i appeal and submit all of my missing document,i appeal against this decision they gave me time of 11 weeks and after that time a latter from home office is send to my sponsor stating my hearing date.
home office also verify my nikah from union council where mt nikah is registered ,can any body tell me how much chance that i will win appeal,thnx

No, nobody could. Any such predictions would be spurious at best and require intimate knowledge of you and your circumstances, and the type of evidence you submitted.

can u teel me how much time appeal process takes till we got visa,can u teel what types of questions judge ask?

court also give time to ECO/ECM decides to over turn the decision or In case the ECO decides to stand by his decision he will then have about 78 working days to prepare a report on the same and then send it to the AIT after which the AIT Judge will look at your appeal but till now ECO do not reply to court,,

can u teel me why ECO do not give any reply to court?
