hi all im hoping someone can help me,we were applying for a family visitors visa for my partner my babys father to come for a visit for 3months from turkey to scotland.this was refused under the reason public funds.i receive working tax credits child benefit and child tax,which as a british citizen under no immigration control was adviced to appeal.we sent the iaft2 form with information on this to the application centre in istanbul where we were refused this was 6weeks ago and still have not heard a thing.i chanced it and called the tribunal centre in the uk and they confirmed they had received papers for tugrul but could not consult it with me.very frustrating as still havent heard anythin,we dont even have a reference number to contact them, does anyone know what i should expect to happen now? Too add to my frustration my partners cousin just been grated visitors visa to scotland his wife is on isa,dla and esa the consulate are very inconsistant with there rules.we are seriously debating with drawing our appeal and re applying any help advice very much appreciated thankyou xx
