Query on holidays with Indefinite Leave to Remain

Hello,

i have applied my ilr this month, its been only 2 weeks. I am planning a long holidays to my home country but the only reason stopping me is whether i can go more than 90 days in one calender year ?

You can, but it will delay your qualifying date for British Citizenship.

what do you mean it will delay..do i have to live here for one year without leaving country or does one year counts from the day i got my ilr regardless my holidays ?

When you apply for BC one of the conditions is that you can't have been out of the UK for more than 90 days in the 12 months prior to submitting your BC application.
