Question about fiance visa.

Once she here and we marry, Will she have to leave the country again before we can apply for a 2 year extention??

Any help would be wonderful.

No - once you're married, she applies for further leave to remain (for two years) on Form FLR(M) - scroll down this page on the IND website.
Then, up to 28 days before the end to the two years, she applies of indefinite leave to remain (ILR) using Form SET(M), on the same page as the link above.
