Did you send the PAP to UKVIPAP@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk?

Hi everyone. I sent pre-protocool letter and I received reply from home office ther they still maintain their decision not to extend my further leave to remain but to put me on 10 years parent route and acknowledge of service from them still maintain their decision to put me on10 years parents route. My solicitor says since its in a judicial review it will have to go through a judge before a decision can be made.please I need advise from experience member. My case: I was given discretionary leave to remain on a 6 years route to indefinite leave to remain but was not granted extention cos the home office says that the childrens father is nolonger in their life cos I produced an injunction against the children's father based on domestic violence to d home office to tell them that the children dad is no longer in their life .i have been waiting since August for the outcome. Pls advise.
