Urgent Letter with wrong name on Acknowledgement

We ended up making the application by post,
they just sent us a letter but its got the applicants name as my name instead of my wife.
worried now as we are certain we filled in the from 100% correctly,
Its got to be an admin error right?
Wifes employer is asking for this letter?

How could we get this sorted anyone pretty please.

I suppose you are the main applicant and hence the letter is addressed to you. If your wife is a dependant, then her visa is part of the same application and she should be able to convince her employer that the letter applies to both of you.
