guyes help PEO appoitment on wednesday

Hi I have got my PEO appointment on wednesday at Solihull and a bit worried about couple of things:

1- I never got any reminder email/message from Home office regrading my appoinment. Does everyone get a reminder message on your mobile ??


2- The photo I got yesterday is about 34mm (wide) & 44mm ( length). Will that be a problem??
