Premium service appointment

Hi,

I have to apply for ILR in December and am interested for Premium service. However, when I looged in there is no date available in December.

Can we apply any time in advance or is there particular period before which one can apply for appointment.
Also, if there is any particular time of the day when we could book the appointments.

the time they releasing has changed this week. A lots of messages saying there are slots showing at 6.00 am , 11.30 pm as well. please keep check all the time for a slot
