Family Visitor : Please Help

Hi,

My mother in law is planning to visit UK in a month time. She works as a teacher in a state school.

1. She has got NOC, is there any minimum authority who need to sign it ?
2. She got her salary and bank statements - does she need to show property documents as well ? I was in impression that property document is needed only if you have no other way to prove that you are going to come back.
3. Are there any other critical documents she needs to submit ?
