Doubt in Sponsorship or Reference for 4 people

Hi,
I hold British citizenship and planning to bring my parents and in-laws for 3 months stay during summer. I will go with 6 months - Visitor visa. They will stay with me (2 bed flat). They will travel at different time ( Apr to June, July to Oct). I will initiate the visa process in sequential ( first get for parents , then for in-laws). Is there any risk when I give reference letter for their accommodation (particularly for in-laws)? Does UKBA reject my in-laws application by referring over crowded in 2 bed flat?

Few more details,
I have sufficient fund around 5k in my account.
Visitors have sufficient amount in their native (India) bank account and property documents.

Please help me.
