URGENT TRAVEL - PLEASE REPLY

Hi All

my friends mom had just passed away in india and his passport is with home office for ILR process and he had done biometric last month.. can you please advise a solution to get the passport or any alternative to travel india as emergency????? please help us

Note that if an applicant requests his/her passport for travel, then his/her application may be treated as withdrawn.
