Vinny: thank you so much for posting this link. After some time digesting this information, I have realised my husband's 2016 application which was decided after 19 months was based on the further submission rejection. Incredible that this is like a playbook to follow. Have passed it on to my solicitor. Have a big fight on our hands. Thanks again. X

Husband's timeline - overstayer 11 yrs
08/16 - FLR (FP) Partner, refused 02/18, 03/18 - JR permission refused with merit
08/18 - FLR FP (Partner) PSC - Approved
07/20 - FLR FP to FLR M Switch - Approved, 03/23 FLR M Ext Approved.
