Anything to request from current employer before changing job?

Hi guys, I got ILR (5 year Tier 2 route) recently and now am planning to change job. I will apply for citizenship next year.

Question: is there any document I should request from my current employer before leaving?

No. You are free to do what you wish with ILR. You are not subject to any work restrictions and you have no sponsor.
