Visit visa Islamabad appointment?

Hi everyone. I am trying to book an appointment to submit visit visa application (for my mother) from Islamabad Pakiatan but there is no slots available online. I just wanted to know, if anyone have applied from Islamabad recently and are they still open in coronavirus situation?

Or if there are slots available in any other cities in Pakistan?
