My friend has indefinite stay in and will like to bring his relative cousin to be precise to join him permanently in UK from Ghana. My friend is working and earning salary. What documents does she need to provide and what documents does her cousin need to provide?

She's from Ghana. She got married to EU and got indefinite last year.

She cannot sponsor a family member.

Only an EU citizen can sponsor someone, however, the deadline was 31 December 2020 for extended family members of an EU citizen.

There is no other route unless the cousin qualifies for their own visa route.
