Good morning all,

I am about to apply for a visit visa for my mum. My mum is retired and do receive monthly retirement payment but it will be a bit difficult to provide paperwork confirming her income as it’s in a non-English language which needs translation and the Foreign Affairs stamp on it and my mum currently is in Finland away from home.

[*]Do I need to provide my mum’s saving and income?

In the application, it asked for who will be supporting my mum on her visit. [*]What are the financial requirements?

A family member who is working full hours and has £10k saving in Finland will be supporting my mum’s visit in addition to myself. I am employed in a full time job.

Morning all,

When applying for 6 months visit visa, do I need to submit original documents for the sponsor?
I have uploaded copies as a sponsor of the following:

Accommodation contract
My British Passport
6 months payslips
6 months bank statements
Invitation letter

Please let me know guys ASAP as the supporting documents are all with my in the UK.
