Any planned changes in Tier 1 Master's Degree clause?

does anyone have an idea if there are any planned changes in Tier 1 visa especially removal of Masters degree clause for fresh applicants?

Yes.

The following recommendations have been made by the Migration Advisory Committee. From my understanding their recommendations are usually implemented, but it is not guaranteed.
