HI GUYS... I WANT TO SHARE MY HAPPINESS, TODAY MY SOLICITOR CALL ME THAT I WAS GIVEN MY ILR APPLYING IN THE 14YEARS...AFTER ONLY 6 WEEEKS THAT I APPLIED....NOW DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN APPLY CITIZENSHIP?

i came in 1996 as student, i carried on till 2002 when home office refuse my student application, i apeled but refused...never was told to leave the country and stayed ilegal.....my 14 years was due on the 8 of september 2010, but i only appled on the 24 of january 2011, my application was refuse on the 27 of april, due to the incorrect fee... 850 insated of 900....send back with the correct fee on the 28 april 2011 and my visa was garanted on the 17th of may 2011.....in about 3 weeks time only....evidence sent:
gp letters
collage certificates
p60,p45, payslips, bank statemnts, council tax, tv licence, and other document dating past years and with mine name on it.....anly one recmedation letter from my old job dating back 2003. scotland enclosure and life in the uk.....and have not crimal record which is very big plus when doing this application

hope it helps someone who is about to aply and GOOD LUCK, dont lose faith.....
