police registration in the uk for tier1 migrant

i entered the uk on 16th september 2011 on Tier 1 G visa. I am confused regarding a few issues. Hope some of you can help me out.

1. Am I required to register with police? I am a Bangladeshi national.
2. I got the visa in Bangladesh on June 2010. I got married on February 2011. And entered the uk on Semptember 2011. how do i put my marriage and my spouse information on home office record?
