Lost my passport with ILR

Hi,
I lost my passport with ILR in Uk , I got the photocopy of my passport with ILR what are the option I got.

Report to the police and get a crime reference number. Apply for a new passport. Apply for NTL (transfer of ILR). There is a fee involved.
