Why was the thread locked ?

I haven't seen any reason that warrants the locking of this thread, there had been in the past similar thread which had generated spiteful comments without it been locked unlike this where everyone who commented directed themselves appropriately.

Some Mods in the past had followed similar pattern as yours Amber, they have since come down their high horses, you seriously need to come down to earth, it is disrespectful to lock a threar and conclude by yourself that contributions have been sufficient.

None of the moderating team is on any high horse. I'm being proactive rather than reactive which is perfectly reasonable. Please refrain from disparaging comments. As a moderator it's my duty to conclude when a thread needs locking, based on experience and discretion. Unfortunately it may not suit everyone, but frankly, that's tough luck.

You see what I mean when I suggested you came right down to earth? You seem to think more of your miniature position on the forum and think of yourself as rather exceptional to the rest , you can continue to indulge yourself in the illusion of supremacy, I see you as no different from a newly registered user. There is nothing unusual happening to have prompted you to anticipate the discussion on the thread going off radar, I thought it was unnecessary, more of a show off.
