Browser & Mobile notifications

Immigrationboards.com now supports browser and mobile push notifications. The relevant options are located in two places, You can see the options in your control panel or under notifications in the top left:

By default, notifications are disabled (off). Enabling requires user to interact with a browser popup window requesting a permission to send notifications. This is a security requirement by all browsers. After user grants the permissions, browser notifications are automatically enabled.

I am being prompted to enable browser notifications every single time I open a post (despite selecting 'no'). Is anyone else having the same problem?
