I am planning to apply for naturalization application based on 5 year residency. I have collected all the relevant documents (as per my understanding). Following are the docs I am planning to attach.
1) Copy of passport
2) Visa Stamp for last 5 year
3) Bank Statement for last 6 months
4) Letter from employer
5) 3 months salary slips
6) Utility bill
7) Birth & Marriage certificates & Affidavits
P60 for year 20129) Copy of garda card
10) Application fee Euro 175
11) 2 Photographs
12 ) Application form
Could someone verify if I am not missing anything. Any help is greatly appreciated.
