Irish Citizen Marrying New Zealander

Post by Fairy087 » Sun Jan 12, 2014 4:04 pm

Hi All,

My partner is an Irish Citizen and I am a New Zealander in Ireland on a 90 day non-visa entry.

We want to set up here in Ireland asap to work and study.

We have been together a few years (can prove this if need be) and are wanting to marry soon.

Is it easier to marry outside of Ireland and re-enter as a married couple or to marry in Ireland?

And what is the process and time expectancy of any process we might need to do in order for me (New Zealander) to gain residency in Ireland?

Thanks!
