i am kevin from india
and i am refused 3 times for student visa with silly refusal reasons
first time when i applied they rejected me with following 3 reasons
1.F:- finances:-evidence provided is deemed insufficient or incomplete.in regarding the visa offcer is not satisfied that
the applicant has access to sufficient monies to fund his proposed period of study in ireland
2.OC:-observe the conditions of visa - the visa sought is for a specific purpose and duration and the applicant has not satisfied the visa officer that such conditions would be observed.in this regard the visa offficer is not satisfid that the applicant is bona fide student
3:-SP:- previous educational or employment background is odd with course applied for.it is noted that the applicant left school in 2010 prior to his having completed his formal secondary schol,after which he worked as a data oprator for two and half years it would appear that he returned to school erlier this year and completed secondary school.it would seem implausible therefore that he would seek to travel to foreign country to undertake a higher course of education ina field of study freely available in india.
now those 3 refusal reasons are totally wrong because in finance i have more then 15000 euro just in my saving account and i have given all statements and all which are mentioned in check list
inoc i had no idea so i did not give anything
and about "SP" they reviewed my application wrong because i left school in 2007 not in 2010
and i did not work for two and half year i just worked for 9 months
then i did an appeal and they checked my appeal justin 4 days and they removed finance and SP refusal
and rejected my appeal because of OC refusal reason
now i only had to solve OC and i called to embassy and they suggested my to make an affidavit that i will not work illegally and i will leave the country after finish my study and that affidavit was for prove me as a bona fide student
and i obeyed them
and made a fresh application and attached all documents by checklist with the affidavit which they asked from me
but this time they rejected me with following reasons

3:-SP:- previous educational or employment background is odd with course applied for.it is noted that the applicant left school in 2007 and worked as a data oprator for 9 months in 2010 .He returned to school in 2012 and did his leaving certificate in 2013 with poor marks.his chosen subjects for school were science based .the applicant wishes to attend a business course in ireland.the visa officer is not satisfied that applicant in a bona fide student.

i was science student and i got 52% even they are saying it was poor mark thats why i want to change field so what is wrong with it?
and i am only 21 year old how could i build a business background i just finished my school huh?
does it prove i am not a bona fide student
i have given in writing that i will leave your country after finish my study they what should i give more to prove i am bona fide student?
is it justice
in appeal they even dont check files
i am fed up what to do?
i have given my 6 months and money and all after it even i paid college fee first what they want more?
i have given enough documents to prove i am genuine student
now i have last chance to appeal
i need suggestion and idea what sould i give to them which documents they require
