I am a UK citizen who will be marrying a non-EEA (Venezuelan) spouse in August

We are currently based in South Korea until January 2015 (when my current work contract comes to an end). After this we are looking to move to Ireland to find work and exercise my EU Treaty rights and hopefully stay long term. My husband will hopefully be obtaining temporary residency here in S. Korea related to my work permit on our return here after our wedding in the UK in August.
I have been researching and researching but still have come up confused as to what we have to do.
I understand that we can arrive together and I can immediately get my PPS number and start looking for work. My husband needs a visa to come to Ireland though. Which visa would he be able to arrive under? Is it a specific Family visa? Is it possible to apply for a EU Family Permit from Korea? We will be travelling to Ireland together. What proofs do you need to give that you have a relationship other than marriage certificate for the EU family permit?
I also understand that I need to have a job to be exercising my treaty rights. So does this mean that my husband will not be able to apply to INIS or his residency card before I have this?
Also, I have read that the Irish government has been ejecting non-EEA spouses of EU citizens that have not resided in a member state previously. Would this effect us if we married outside Ireland and will have been resident together in S.Korea?
Thank you for any help you can give.
