Looking for Umbrella/Ltd Company for Payroll

Hi,

I am looking for a limited/umbrella company who could employ me under their payroll and sub-contract my skills to an MNC company through an Agency.

Also they must be able to apply for a green card permit. I think ,I can get a six month or so contract here easily , only if I already had a work permit.

Any one who has a limited/umbrella company and willing to employ me under their payroll and sponsor for visa, Could you please let me know the costs involved in it ?
I would really appreciate the earliest possible response as the requirement is very urgent.
