Medical Visa for Ireland

My brother had an accident in 2010 and he suffered a leg injury.

He had been treated by local doctors in Pakistan but further and advance medical treatment is require because he still find it difficult in walking.

I am a British citizen and based in London.

It is convenient for me to get him medical assistance in United Kingdom or Ireland.

I need your assistance for my brother medical visa for Ireland as private patient.

Please do let me know what the legal requirement to process his medical visa.
