I need help regarding the requirement for FORM EU3 (Required Supporting Documents)
1.For a child, grandchild or descendant of the EU citizen:
• Birth certificate for the applicant
• A letter of consent from the absent parent/legal guardian permitting the child to reside in the State, if only one parent or
legal guardian of the child is to reside in the State with the child
• Evidence of dependence on the EU citizen (if child is over the age of 21)
Question 1:
My son will be applying for his permanent residence next year as he has continuously lived in Ireland for period of five years . However, he will be 27 years now, we use to live together where transportation is an issue if you do not have car, he is now sharing apartment with some of his friends in city, comes home every weekend.
He is currently on job seekers allowance and doing a FAS course
What evidence do we need to produce here ?

(e) Evidence of residence of applicant and EU citizen in the State
For each residential address while renting, copies of the following documents should be provided:
• Letter from landlord/agency, tenancy agreement, or Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB) Letters of Registration
• Utility bills in both names for each
Question 2:
He is paying bills where he is staying now , so he has bills on his name where he is sharing with his friends , do we have to submit utility bills with our names appearing on the same bills. I mean he is 27 years old now. DOJ does not expect a 27 years old man to still be living with his dad at home .
I have PRTB letters of registration on my name, but not on his Name as am the one that rented the house.
Would this be an issue when renewing FOR A PERMANENT RESIDENCE CARD (FOR NON-EEA NATIONAL FAMILY MEMBER) ?
Me the EU citizen, my situation has not change, am still working with the same company when we applied with EU1 FORM
Any response will be appreciated
