Need Help regarding British EU Treaty Rights Exercise in Ire

Post by Nouman Yousaf » Sun May 07, 2017 5:40 am

Hi , i am 29 years old an living in uk with British parents as a international student, i depends financially on my parents and have history of financial support. my father is thinking of moving to Ireland to use his Eu Treaty Rights and take me with him to apply for my visa. I just need a suggestion that ive herd from Solicitors that it is really difficult and we will just waste our time and money. Can you suggest if we should move to Ireland and exercise these rights even after the Brexit or not? Looking forward to your reply, thanks
