HI ! I AM A NON EEA NATION WORKING IN IRELAND ON PERMIT MORE THEN 13 MONTHS ...WELL THE PROBLEM IS I HAVE MARRIED A NON EEA GIRL ...SHE WAS STUDYING IN IRLENAD ...CAN SHE GET THE SPOUSE VISA WITHOUT LEAVING THE COUNTRY
