adultary caution effect ON police clearance certificate&

HI,

I am a non-EU, living in ireland since april 2007 on student visa. I received a adultary caution last month. Can anyone tell me what will be the effect of a adultary caution on a police clearance on character certificate which i may apply in july.

And also any possible effects of such caution on any of my visa applications to the GNIB as my visa is expiring next month.

Any information provided will be of great help to me and appreciated. I thank u all in advance.
