Query Regarding Spouse Visa

Hi,

I have been offered a full-time permanent job in Ireland and my prospective employer has started the Critical Skills work permit(Trusted Partner New) application which states I can bring my dependents with me without any wait period. My query is regarding my spouse whom I want to bring her to Ireland with me.

1. Do I need to apply for Dependent/Partner/Spouse employment permit?
2. Since we are from a visa required country, so will I need to apply for a short-stay visa or long-stay visa for my spouse? and In which category?
3. Once visa is granted, Do I need some sort of residency permit of Ireland so that she can travel in-out of Ireland during our stay.

We are an Indian national living in the UK on Tier2 ICT visa. Hopefully, you could answer our queries as I have no knowledge of Irish visa process.
