Critical Skill Visa - Eligibility

Hi,

Could you please advise on the critical skill visa eligibility related to 1 year rule?

I have just completed over 9 months after my ICT work permit is renewed. Am I eligible to apply for critical skills visa considering that I am in the state with my initial employer for last 2.9 years (with fresh work permit of 2 years + 9 months on the renewed work permit)?

Or, should I have completed 12 months since the work permit renewed?

Please advise.
