Changing job while waiting for ceremony(passport)

I have received approval for citizenship and send requested fee and IRP(GNIB) card.

No invite for the March ceremony yet, might be in next one.

There is possibility that I will receive interesting Job offer this week. GNIB with Stamp 4 is already sent. Does it mean I can't change company till I receive Irish passport?

PS On the curiousity note what will happen if I have redundancy while waiting for passport?
