Critical skill permit for a doctor while I'm already on one

Hello all,
I'm a non EU doctor Currently on stamp 1 general work permit in a hospital

I got a contract from clinics group here in Ireland to work on a critical skill work permit for two years above 64,000, they then applied for my critical skill work permit general practice
I attached my Bachelor degree (the highest degree I have),

But now I still have my work permit in place till July 2021 , would that be a reason for refusal if my critical skill permit starts from February 2021 ?

How long before hearing a decision ,im a bit stressed and need to give a notice to my hospital
