Bank Draft drawn on Irish bank in US

Post by tweedydon » Fri Feb 18, 2022 11:02 pm

My daughter has been granted poermission to naturalize as a US citizen by descent. (MY wife is an Irish citizen.) We need to pay the fees by Bank Draft drawn on an Irish bank. But--we're located in the US. We were able to use a US Bank with branches in ireland for the application fee, but they no longer offer this service.

Has anyone else done this, and, if so, how?

Hey! I'm a bit confused where did the need arise to perform a Bank Draft. If I'm understanding the situation correctly, you can go straight for a passport. See this - https://www.dfa.ie/passports/documentar ... ornabroad/
