EU5 Retention

Hi All,

Applied for EU5 Retention of rights on 25 January 2022, further documents requested by department on 3rd February 2022. My EU wife was not working during time of divorce as she is single mother. How much chances are there for approval.
Got Married: June 2017
Got Divorced: December 2021 (In Ireland)
We got 5 years old child who holds EU passport and i have access to child during weekends and it is mentioned on my decree of divorce as well. My ex never left the country and child is in full time education in Ireland.
