EU Treaty Rights - Where EU Citizen is a stay home mum?

Hi,
I have just applied for EU Treaty rights through my wife and son who are both British Citizens.

They have asked us to proceduce Evidence of current activities of the EU citizen. My wife is a full time mum to our 1 year old son and doesn't plan to go back to work anytime soon.
I have always been the primary income provider in the relationship.
I guess in that circumstance she falls under is the category requiring to show sufficient resources.

Does anybody know how much money is required to show as sufficient resources?

Also I have secured a permanent job paying Euro 60,000 per anum, Does this carry any weight as proof that I can look after both my wife and son?

We have never sought any social benifits and have no plans to do so.

Would appreciate any advice. Thank you in advance.

Indeed, your wife is a person described in Article 7(1)(b) of Directive 2004/38/EC.

All Union citizens shall have the right of residence on the territory of another Member State for
a period of longer than three months if they:
(a) are workers or self-employed persons in the host Member State; or
(b) have sufficient resources for themselves and their family members not to become a burden on
the social assistance system of the host Member State during their period of residence and
have comprehensive sickness insurance cover in the host Member State

Send your bank statements, your spouses bank statements, your most recent payslip and a document evidencing your comprehensive sickness insurance cover.
