Applying work visa with criminal record

I have committed a minor crime earlier this year in my country without imprisonment. I would like to apply working visa in Ireland. The crime I committed, is not illegal in Ireland. What is the chance of allowing my visa to Ireland ?
If I apply police record in my country , Ireland will definitely know the crime ....
