Stamp 4 support letter not processed

I have sent my request for a stamp 4 support letter 3 months ago, and I never got any response. I called them and the call centre says that they got the request but there is no update on my case.

Looking at the processing time page, I can see that they are currently processing one month ahead of mine which means they skipped my request.

When I called them the first time they said would escalate the case, but it was 15 days ago, and I haven't gotten any response still.

I don't know what is going on, I am in the dark here. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do?

I think you can still get Stamp 1 again if you have a work permit active or apply for it just so you're not left with nothing
did you apply on 21 months or earlier?

I applied within 20 months expecting that by the time they process it, it would be already 21 months. That is exactly what happened.


What is also weird is that I never got an acknowledgement response. But the consumer service always confirming the email in their inbox.

Another detail is that I had asked for this letter one year ago since I had the stamp 1 with another company. They refused because of the long interval between the visas.

I called again today and the customer service told me to send an email to employmentpermits@enterprise.gov.ie

Hopping to have some answer from them.
