Post by EEA Member » Mon Apr 03, 2023 4:18 pm

Hi All,

Does anyone know if non-EU dependents of British citizen having 5 year resident card under Brexit from an European country need a visa to Ireland to visit?

Many Thanks

If I understand it correctly and it's the Article 50 TEU permit, I'd say you need a visa - you're a family member of a British citizen and they no longer have freedom of movement.
