Hi Everyone,

I wanted to apply critical skill visa in Ireland my designation is IT administrator and as per contract below are my responsibilities, should I apply visa ?
Can you please help me

Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Dynamics 365 Administration
 Windows Desktop Administration (Autopilot, Intune)
 Maintaining and reporting on system/cloud security
 Network design, configuration and support
 Manage IT projects from design to deployment
 Work with the IT manager on strategy, architecture and development

Pure IT administrators aren't eligible for CSEP - they're in other category (3131), so with current job title/description you won't get a CSEP, I'm afraid.
Does your job involve any sort of development as most part or just maintenance?

below are my day to day job, but its not written in my contract

Manage Infrastructure Security – Antivirus, Vulnerability scanning, Windows Firewall, Patching, Web and E-mail filtering.
Responsible for ensuring systems meet IT security policy, security by design and remediation, and patching is implemented in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities and recommend products and solutions to improve the security, reliability and efficiency of our existing Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
Responsible for ensuring systems are appropriately licenced (physical host, virtual servers, SSL certificates etc) and company license renewal contracts are reviewed and renewed in collaboration with Head of IT.
Perform quarterly security audit reporting like Crown jewels, SIRA Securities Industry Regulatory Authority, and SISP (Secure Information Platform Tool)
Manage security policies and access control lists for cloud-based systems
plan, schedule, and control the build, test, and deployment of patching, security updates, OS upgrades and software upgrades via Microsoft Intune
Work closely with IT Manager to improve the security and user’s privacy in the environment. Plan, implement and administer policies, Antivirus systems and perform Incidence response.
Vulnerability management using Defender 365, Rapid 7 for Antivirus software’s. Creating firewall rules for new application or any site which needs to access through VPN
