relationship coming to an end->Divorce

hi all,

hope you are all keeping well,
my query is in relation to a Divorce as my relationship is coming to an end (not the happiest ending)
have been married for over 12 years.
*what are my options to finalise the divorce?
*is there a lawyer that deals with this kind of issues specifically? if yes, any recommendations?
Note:
-i hold an Irish Passport and she holds an EU pass,
-the marriage took place outside EU.
