Post by Rajibbd » Fri Dec 13, 2024 6:03 pm

Hello
I was married to an European citizen before. then we got divorced. my new wife applied to join me as a spouse then she got the visa under non eu family reunification. but i would like to know which stamp she will get? and do i need to bring any health insurance policy. She has booked for appointment already I just like to be prepared. I am still on my stamp 4 eufam.

thanks

Hi,

*Passports for both
*Your residence card. If possible have the retention letter from ISD in your bag (Incase you meet some officer who tries any games on you)
*Your marriage certificate
*Proof of address "Utility bill if in your name, else residence confirmation from landlord"
*Evidence of full private medical insurance for your spouse.

**The person registering you knows which stamp to grant you according to the D visa type. But I believe it will be "Stamp 1G"

***If you live in Dublin, Cork, Kildare, Limerick, Meath or Wicklow you must book an appointment to register at the Burgh Quay Registration Office.
