I've had a number of issues with the new portal, including registering for an account, validating my identity documentation through the third-party app, etc. However, most recently, I've been having trouble with the "Queries" feature.
Back in November, I submitted a query through the portal, but when I click on "query details," I cannot see the text of my query, only the basic info (date created, status, type of query, etc.) is shown, not the actual question I asked. Today, I received the first update - an email saying that the query has been marked closed and to view the agent's resolution in the portal. When I log in, the query is indeed marked as closed, but I can't see anywhere to view the response (and I still can't see the original text of the query).
Am I missing something? I've tried the live chat button ("Ask Tara"), but this feature is also broken. I also can't find any email addresses or phone numbers to call for anything related to the immigration department... this info appears to be scrubbed from the ISD website since the creation of the new portal.
Has anyone else experienced problems with the query function or know how I can read the response to my question? Or even a current email address or phone number where I can get in touch with someone at ISD who can help?
