How to register a temporary permission on inisonline?

Have been instructed we need to obtain a temporary permission to reside in the state.

Need to apply to REGISTER this temp permission using the online registration system on inisonline.

Can I just make sure which form that is exactly?

On inisonline I'm seeing "Application for registration renewals", but would just like to make sure.
