Query Regarding Application for Stamp 4

Dear Members,

I have a query regarding my Stamp 4 application. I am currently on Stamp 1 under the Critical Skills Work Visa.
My work permit is valid from 01/11/2023 to 31/10/2025,
my IRL card (Stamp 1) is set to expire on 31/10/2025.
I joined my company on 15/01/2024.

When can I apply for my Stamp 4? The last time I went to the GNIB office for my Stamp 1 renewal, the officer advised me to apply for Stamp 4 at the end of July 2025.

21 months after you started work in Ireland, you can apply for a Stamp 4 permission to live and work in Ireland without an employment permit.
