Email for applying to naturalization - ID pal

Hi all,

I am planning to apply for naturalization. Ive applied previously with an email ID for all my stamps. Currently i am unable to access my account due to ID pal link expiry and i am not getting any response from the account team for a new link for over a month now.
Is it possible that i could apply with a new mail ID for my application?
