Did anybody have an idea about bringing 8 year old child from Africa?A friend of mine need an information about the procedure and what the Law says.He holds 4 EUFAM residence card and living with his non eu wife all is great and wife agreed for the child to come and live with them.but both couples are not working at the moment does he have right to bring his son to Ireland and how?.Any decent advise will be appreciated. thanks.[b][/b]

Your friend has 4EUFam and he wife is non-EU? What are their citizenships?
How long have they been living in Ireland?
Have either of them been working recently? Are they self sufficient?
Who are the parents of the child?
How old is the child?

My friend is non eu his wife is an Eu citizen their are both living in ireland.none of them is working at the moment but my friend is studying and he s the biological father of the child he wanna bring from Africa to ireland.
